Flexx has a knowledgeable staff with extensive experience in training and evaluating baseball and softball players. You can rest assured that there is no risk of losing players to club organizations, as neither Flexx nor our staff have any ties to clubs or other teams that might recruit players away from the association

Flexx uses equipment such as laser cells to measure running speed, radar guns to track exit velocity and pitching/throwing speeds, and standard stopwatches to evaluate catchers’ pop times. These tools enhance the traditional evaluation methods familiar to your association.

Every player evaluated receives a "Player Locker," where their tryout results from every year are securely stored. The player’s profile can also include future goals, community service, videos, and academic achievements. If they choose to play beyond high school, this profile becomes a valuable tool to share with college coaches.

Flexx has partnered with Tryout Engine to enhance the tryout experience for all participants. This collaboration delivers near-immediate results for associations to select their teams and streamlines the check-in process through the platform.
